RUN & RECOVER
Run. Recover. Feel good.
Join us for a Sunday morning filled with running, music, recovery, good food and good company.
We start with a 5K Rave Run led by running coach Johannes Ojanpera, founder of @movegrooverun.club. With music from Johannes’ signature sound system, we’ll run through the city together at a pace where both energy and community get to take up space.
After the run, we slow things down.
Back at STC Sturegatan Park, Sara Utberg, Training Manager, Curam Somatic®, takes over for an interactive Curam Recovery workshop.
You’ll get to try both static and dynamic cupping and learn how the cups can be used after running to help stimulate circulation, release tension and give tired muscles better conditions for recovery.
Sara will guide you through the techniques so you can experience the method in your own body. All Curam Cups needed for the workshop will be provided.
We’ll finish the morning with a fresh açaí bowl and banana bread from Andrea at Macacos Café.
A Sunday morning for people who like to use their body and want to get a little better at taking care of it in between.

Curam's philosophy
After years of experiencing the effects of professional cupping, I realised how powerful simplicity can be – especially when it comes to helping the body release tension, recover, and find its way back. Curam was born from that idea, with a natural desire to make it possible to take care of your body on your own, in a simple and intuitive way. Something you can return to when you need to find balance again.
– Marie Jansson, Founder and CEO of Curam
