Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to return physical products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. To initiate a return, please contact: support@bycuram.com. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note: Digital products and online courses are not eligible for return or withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you actively confirm that you wish to gain immediate access to the content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Defective Items & Complaints
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at support@bycuram.com with a description and photo documentation.
If the claim is approved, Curam will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to us. A handling fee of 200 SEK / 30 EUR will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.
