I use them every day! The static ones under my feet, on my lower back and on my calves (especially after running or a House class – my calves get really tired after that). The dynamic one is perfect to use in the shower on my thighs and glutes to work on cellulite and stimulate circulation.

I have been using the cups for about six months and love them. Recently, my sister-in-law tried the static cups as she had been experiencing neck pain for several weeks and was on sick leave.
