About the course
About the course
Curam Somatic® Licensed Class Concept is an in depth online training for instructors and studios who want to create somatically inspired classes where cupping, movement, breath and ritual come together in a restorative and deeply present experience.
Curam Somatic has been developed to create a modern practice for wellbeing, nervous system regulation and body awareness. Inspired by well established principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), somatics, breathwork and body awareness, it is brought together in a unique and contemporary class concept.
At a time when many people are longing for more connection, recovery and presence, Curam Somatic offers an experience where the body does not need to perform, but is invited to feel, express and reconnect with itself. The class is designed as a ritual rather than a traditional workout and combines static cupping, somatic movement, breath, voice and presence to create a unique experience for both the body and the nervous system.
The training provides you with a clear and easy to use class structure, educational materials and guidance in technique, voice and class facilitation. You will also receive a set of Curam static cups (value SEK 389) together with access to video content and concept manuals that support your development both during and after the training.
The concept is rooted in principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine and a seasonal approach where the body clock, organ health and movement work in harmony with the rhythms of nature. You will gain practical tools for leading classes throughout the different seasons of the year and creating restorative, present centered experiences that help participants strengthen their connection with their bodies over time.

After completing the training
After the training, you will have a well-founded and embodied understanding of how to guide a class experience where movement, cupping, breathing, and voice are woven together into a coherent somatic flow.
You will be able to:
✓ Guide a structured class based on somatic principles
✓ Use cupping, movement, and breathing to support circulation and recovery in a class context
✓ Lead participants through focused blocks with a clear beginning, progression, and integration
✓ Create a shared experience that feels held, present, and more like a ritual than a class
The concept provides a clear structure to return to, while also evolving over time through seasonal themes, organ focus, and cyclical rhythms – creating both continuity and renewal.

Curam's Philosophy
After several years of professional cupping experience, it became clear how powerful simplicity can be – in helping the body release tension, recover, and regain balance. Curam was created from that insight. To make it possible to take care of your body on your own – in a simple, intuitive, and sustainable way. Something you can return to, again and again.
