Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible, typically within 1 business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Sweden

We ship within Sweden using Bring & Early Bird:

• Bring Pickup Parcel – service point delivery, 1–3 business days
• Early Bird – home delivery during evening and early morning hours, 1–3 business days

Shipping cost: 69 SEK. Free shipping on orders over 499 SEK.
Available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your address.

Europe

All orders within Europe (excluding Sweden) are shipped with UPS Standard:

• UPS Standard – estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
  

Shipping cost: 9 EUR. Free shipping on orders over 49 EUR.

During peak seasons or periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly longer. All shipping options and costs are clearly presented at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Customs & Duties

For customers within the EU, all prices include VAT and no additional customs fees will apply. For orders delivered outside the EU, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return physical products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. The right of return applies only if the product and original packaging are returned unopened and undamaged.

You are responsible for the product until it reaches us – please pack it carefully. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. To initiate a return, email support@bycuram.com and we will send you a return label. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued once we have received and approved the return.

Digital Products & Online Courses

Digital products and online courses are not eligible for return or withdrawal, as you gain access to the content immediately upon purchase.

Unclaimed Shipments

If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to us. A fee of 200 SEK / 30 EUR will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
