How to use

1. Apply oil
Apply Curam body oil for a smooth, protected glide.

2. Place the cup
Place the cup on the skin, then gently squeeze and release to create suction.

3. Use dynamic movement
Glide the cup using slow, sweeping strokes to support circulation and lymphatic flow.

4. Keep it moving
Always keep the cup in motion to avoid marks. Work one area at a time.

5. Adjust pressure
Control the suction by squeezing more or less. Start gently and increase gradually.

6. Soften the cup
The cup may feel stiff at first. To soften it faster, use both hands and press the cup from all sides before use.

7. After use
Reapply oil to nourish the skin and support recovery.

The cup feels hard to squeeze, is that normal?

Yes, the dynamic cup can feel firm at first. The silicone softens with use. Warm the cup in warm water or press it from all sides before the session to make it more pliable. If you have weak hands, the Dynamic Mini Cup is a softer alternative.

Will the Dynamic Cup leave marks?

With dynamic cupping, where the cup keeps moving, there is usually only a redness that fades within an hour. If you let the cup sit still, round marks can appear that fade over a few days. Start with light suction.

Is the Dynamic Cup included in any kit?

Can I use the Dynamic Cup for lumbago or sciatica?

Yes, on the muscles, once the worst has passed. With lumbago: wait until day two or three, warm up and glide the cup with light suction along the back muscles a hand's width from the spine. With sciatica, cup the gluteal muscles and the lower back, never along the leg where it radiates or where it is numb. Never cup directly on the spine. Does the Dynamic Cup help with muscle soreness?

Yes, the day after the session. Warm up, oil the whole muscle group and glide the cup in slow strokes along the muscle towards the heart with light suction, five to eight strokes per line. It increases circulation and softens stiff, sore muscles; studies on massage and foam rolling show reduced perceived soreness, and cupping works in the same way. Can I cup the buttocks and hip with the Dynamic Cup for piriformis syndrome or hip pain?

Yes, the buttock is one of the areas where cupping works best. Glide the cup in large circles over the buttock and in strokes from the sacrum out towards the hip with light to moderate suction, and complement with static cups on the most tender points.
