About the course
About the course
Curam Recovery® Method is a training course for professionals who want to integrate cupping into their practice and create more space for recovery, circulation, lymphatic flow and relaxation. It is suitable for yoga teachers, physiotherapists, group fitness instructors and personal trainers. During a half-day Zoom session, you will learn both static and dynamic cupping, combining techniques, movement, breathing and body awareness to build a solid foundation of knowledge. The course is designed to be easy to follow and is suitable both for beginners and for those who want to deepen their understanding of the potential of cupping within health and fitness.
You will receive the Curam Body Kit Small, including four stylish, ergonomic massage cups made from BPA-free premium silicone. Designed to be gentle on the skin and easy to use in both group settings and individual sessions, the cups are easy to clean and suitable for all skin types, making them a practical tool for daily recovery. Their soft shape and minimal design create a calm aesthetic that fits naturally into most environments.
The course includes video material that you can work through at your own pace, as well as an interactive workshop where you will learn how to use cupping to support blood and lymphatic circulation, work with fascia and support nervous system regulation. You will receive practical tools and exercises for both dynamic and static cupping, helping to soften stiff muscles, create flow in the blood and lymphatic systems, support faster recovery and help the body relax. You can progress at your own pace, with support from experienced instructors and the opportunity to ask questions during the course.
After completing the training, you will receive a professional certificate in the Curam Recovery® Method, ready to use in your practice. Discover how cupping and active recovery can become a valuable addition to your practice and your work with clients.

Curam's Philosophy
After several years of professional cupping, it became clear how powerful simplicity can be – in helping the body release tension, recover, and return to balance. Curam was created from this insight. To make it possible to take care of your body on your own – in a simple, intuitive, and sustainable way. Something you can return to, again and again.
