How to use

1. Apply oil
Apply Curam Face Oil to clean skin to ensure a smooth, protected glide.

2. Start at the neck
Gently pump at the clavicle to activate lymph flow, or begin directly on the areas you want to treat.

3. Use the cups
Use the Face Cup for larger areas such as cheeks, jawline, and forehead.

Use the Mini Cup for smaller, more delicate areas.
Place the cup softly on the skin, then gently squeeze to create light suction. Avoid the eye area.

4. Move gently
Glide upward and outward using slow, controlled movements. Adjust the suction by squeezing more or less as needed.

5. Keep it moving
Always keep the cup in motion and work one side at a time.
Finish downward
End with strokes from face to collarbones.

6. Apply oil again
Reapply oil if needed to nourish the skin and support absorption.

Recommended use: 3–5 strokes per area, 3 times per week
