General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.bycuram.com. By placing an order,

you agree to these terms. Curam reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.

Payments
All payments are securely processed through Curam's payment partners. Available payment methods are presented at checkout.

Orders & Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation

serves as proof of purchase. Curam reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing,

stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Promotions & Discount Codes
All discount codes must be applied at checkout to be valid. Discounts cannot be applied

retroactively after an order has been placed and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping within Sweden and internationally. For full details on delivery options, carriers and

• Free shipping on orders above SEK 499 within Sweden
• Orders are typically processed within 1 business day
• Estimated delivery time within Sweden is 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays or high seasonal demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Curam is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and a handling fee of 200 SEK/30 EUR will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.

Taxes & Duties
All prices on www.bycuram.com are inclusive of VAT in accordance with Swedish law.
For orders outside the EU, additional customs duties, VAT or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to return physical products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. To initiate a return, please contact: support@bycuram.com. Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note: Digital products and online courses are not eligible for return or withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you actively confirm that you wish to gain immediate access to the content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Defective Items & Complaints

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days at support@bycuram.com with a description and photo documentation.

If the claim is approved, Curam will offer: A replacement or a full refund

Liability
Curam is not liable for indirect damages or losses related to the use of our products. All products should be used according to provided instructions. Results may vary between individuals.

Product Information
We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and trademarks, is the property of Curam and may not be used without permission.

Force Majeure
Curam is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control,including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions or disruptions in transport or communication.
