Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your Curam purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused physical product in its original and unopened packaging, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Exchanges 
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply place a new order and return the original item in accordance with our return policy.

How to Return
Email us at support@bycuram.com to initiate your return. We will send you a return label and guide you through the process. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until the refund has been processed.

Refunds are issued once we have received and approved the return.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Unclaimed Shipments If a package is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to us. A handling fee of 200 SEK / 30 EUR will be charged to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Defective or Incorrect Items
Received something damaged or wrong? Contact us within 14 days at support@bycuram.com and include a photo and your order number. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Digital Products & Online Courses
Digital products and online courses are not eligible for return or withdrawal. By completing your purchase, you actively confirm that you wish to gain immediate access to the content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not apply.
