Over time, repeated facial expressions and natural collagen loss can affect the firmness and tension of the forehead. Cupping offers a natural way to stimulate circulation and support collagen production — helping the skin feel firmer and the face more relaxed.

This session helps reduce tension in the forehead and create a smoother, softer appearance. Relaxation is the new lift.

The face is sensitive. Always begin gently, preferably in front of a mirror to observe immediate reactions. Sensitive skin or a tendency to bruise may result in temporary marks.

Use: Face Cup, Face Cup Mini + Face Oil

The Face Cup Mini can be used to access fine lines more precisely.

1. Prepare & Drain
  • Begin with lymphatic drainage (follow your lymph activation routine).
  • Apply Face Oil to the forehead.
2. Horizontal Forehead Strokes
  • Place the Face Cup or Face Cup Mini in the center of the forehead.
  • Glide horizontally toward the hairline.
  • Release and repeat 3–5 times.
  • Place the cup between the eyebrows.
  • Glide vertically upward and release.
  • Repeat 3–5 times.
  • For deeper “frown lines,” apply slightly firmer suction and pause briefly over the line before lifting.
3. Vertical Lift & Finish
  • Work outward along the brow area.
  • Use vertical strokes upward across the forehead.
  • Repeat 3–5 times per section.
  • Finish with lymphatic drainage.
  • Repeat on the other side of the face.
