Lymphatic Drainage Cupping Program
Face Lymph Activation Ritual
Begin every facial cupping session by activating key lymphatic drainage points to “open the flow” of the lymphatic system. This helps create space for fluid and metabolic waste to move when circulation increases, supporting the drainage effect you want to achieve in the face.
This step should always be done, regardless of which facial area you plan to treat or which program you follow. If you experience puffiness, congestion or tenderness, you can gently pump the areas a few extra times.
To set the tone, spray a small amount of Curam Face & Massage Oil Wooden Flower into your hands and take a slow breath. Apply the oil to the face and neck before using the cup.
The face is sensitive. Always begin gently, preferably in front of a mirror to observe immediate reactions. Sensitive skin or a tendency to bruise may result in temporary marks.
Use: Face Cup + Face Oil

1. Activate Key Drainage Points
- Place the cup in the hollow above the collarbone.
- Gently pump the cup so it attaches and releases.
- Repeat 5–10 times.
- Place the cup just below the ear, close to the jawline.
- Pump in the same way.
- Repeat 5–10 times.
2. Drain the Neck
- Connect these points by gliding the cup from below the ear, down along the neck toward the collarbone.
- Repeat 3–5 times.
- Vary slightly forward and backward along the neck to cover a larger surface area.
- Continue with the facial areas you wish to treat, following your chosen program.
3. Finish with Lymphatic Strokes
- Place the cup at the top of the forehead near the hairline.
- Glide along the hairline and down toward the collarbones.
- Repeat 3–5 times.
