- Start by placing the static cups on the back of the shoulders near the shoulder blades. Leave them in place while completing the following steps.
- Apply the oil on the shoulder and arm.
- Attach the dynamic mini cup to the front of the shoulder. Slowly glide the cup over the shoulder. Let the cup release and repeat the movement a few times, or move it back and forth. Repeat 4–5 times. Then switch to the other shoulder.
