This session is designed to stimulate collagen production and support blood and lymphatic circulation. It helps reduce puffiness, release facial tension and create smoother skin with a more defined jawline — for a natural lift.

A double chin can be influenced by fluid retention, fat accumulation, age, posture and lifestyle. Cupping supports circulation and may help improve skin firmness and contour over time. This is an ideal morning session to reduce swelling and create a refreshed, lifted appearance. Drink extra water afterward to further support your lymphatic system.

The face is sensitive. Always begin gently, preferably in front of a mirror to observe immediate reactions. Sensitive skin or a tendency to bruise may result in temporary marks.

Use: Face Cup, Face Cup Mini + Face Oil

1. Prepare & Double Chin
  • Begin with lymphatic drainage (follow your activation routine).
  • Apply Face Oil to the face and neck.
  • Place the Face Cup under the chin and gently pump 3–5 times.
  • Continue under the chin and glide outward toward one side.
  • Release and repeat 3–5 times.
2. Jawline & Cheekbones
  • Place the Face Cup at the center of the chin.
  • Glide along the jawline toward the ear.
  • Release just below the ear and repeat 3–5 times.
  • Place the cup beside the nose.
  • Glide upward and outward toward the cheekbone and ear.
  • Release and repeat 3–5 times.
3. Eye Area & Finish
  • For brow lift: Place the Face Cup on the brow and glide upward and slightly outward.
  • Continue along the brow area. Repeat 3–5 times.
  • For puffiness under the eyes: Use the Face Cup Mini.
  • Place it beside the nose and glide under the eye toward the temple.
  • Repeat 1–5 times.
  • Finish with lymphatic drainage.
  • Repeat on the other side of the face.
