- Use the dynamic mini cup.
- Dived calf into three sections, outside line, back and inner line.
- Start as low as you can and cup upwards knee
- The strokes can be directed upwards or downwards, try out what you can endure.
- Reduce suction by letting out vacuum
- Repeat 2-3 times on each section
