Facial cupping is a gentle lymphatic massage that can help reduce puffiness, enhance the skin’s radiance, and create a smoother appearance. By gently stretching the skin, you stimulate collagen and elastin, which can contribute to firmer and healthier skin.
The face and neck contain a high concentration of lymph nodes, and with specific movements, you can effectively stimulate lymphatic flow. When facial muscles are tense or the lymphatic system is sluggish, it can lead to puffiness in the face and other parts of the body. Cupping massage can help drain fluid and promote better balance.
This program is perfect for reducing puffiness around the eyes while giving your skin some extra care!
Since the face is very sensitive, it’s important to start gently, preferably in front of a mirror to observe any immediate reactions. If you have sensitive skin, bruise easily, or experience imbalances in the body, marks may appear during facial cupping. This is a sign that the body is responding, and it’s crucial to proceed carefully with fewer strokes and softer suction. Less is more, and consistency is key.
Use the Face Cup Mini cup + Curam Face and Massage oil

- Apply Curam Massage & Face Oil to your face and start with lymphatic drainage for the best results.
- Place the Mini Facial Cup at the side of your nose, under the eye. Gently and softly glide the cup outward under the eye towards the temple. Repeat about 3 times. If the skin pulls too much, use the fingers of your other hand to hold the skin in place. You can also use a pumping technique, attaching and releasing the cup as you move it outward toward the temple.
- Place the cup under the eyebrow near the bridge of your nose. Glide it along the eyebrow and up toward the temple. Repeat about 3 times. You can also use the pumping technique as an alternative or combination.
- Finish with lymphatic drainage.
- Repeat on the other side of the face if using one cup, or work with both cups simultaneously to save time.
