How to use

1. Apply oil
Apply face or body oil to clean, dry skin to create a smooth glide.

2. Place the cup
Place the cup on the skin, then gently squeeze and release to create suction.

3. Choose technique
Use dynamic cups with slow, sweeping movements, or leave static cups in place.

4. Move gently
Glide upward and outward with light pressure. Always keep the cup moving to avoid marks.

5. Work by area
Use face cups for smaller areas and body cups for larger areas.

6. Adjust pressure
Control the suction by squeezing more or less. Start gently and increase gradually.

7. After use
Reapply oil to nourish the skin and support the results.

Recommended use
Face: 3-5 strokes per area
Body: 3–5 strokes per area
